Setting and maintaining boundaries with others is how we take care of ourselves and avoid resentment. This workshop will help identify areas in your life that need boundaries, and explore ways you can set and keep them.
This workshop will include gentle yoga. Group discussion and journaling will center around identifying wants and needs, and setting boundaries as a way to practice of self-love. Please bring a journal and pen, comfortable clothes to move and stretch, a yoga mat, and your amazing self. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners, even if you have never practiced yoga before.
Jeniffer Zimmerman is a yoga teacher and mental health therapist in Tucson, Arizona. She has over 20 years experience as a social worker and group facilitator. Jeniffer teaches yoga classes that support healing from systematic body dysmorphia, and incorporates yoga and mindfulness into her therapy practice. Jeniffer holds a Bachelor's degree in sociology, and a Master's degree in counseling psychology, and is passionate about mental wellness, social justice and self compassion.
